I know you read the title and thought, “how does any green detox soup taste good?” However, I promise if you are a fan of cilantro, then you are going to love this soup!
I make this soup about every two months. I make a double batch and freeze part of it. It’s great having it in the freezer because any time I feel like sluggish and need to do a quick cleanse, I have it already prepared. I sip on it during my reset cleanse that I do every six months for my Lupus.
You will find that this soup is a deeply healing soup. Full of nutrients, healthy fats, and detoxifiers.
