Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cup Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Unrefined Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Organic Large Brown Egg
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 Cup Nut Flour Blend
  • 3/4 Cup Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 1/4 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
  • 1 Bag Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In your mixer bowl, blend together coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Once those ingredients are mixed thoroughly, add your flours, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Mix together at low speed until combined.
  • Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
  • Add a spoonful of batter to an ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
